Negative Automatic Thoughts are something we all experience. A key element of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is working ways to deal with those thoughts. I am currently in the final stages of developing a series of Wellbeing Workshops and talks, in collaboration with some counselling colleagues. We aim to begin rolling out these workshops in April of this year. Very excited about this new project!
